Unifying Turkey’s leading telecommunications giant under a single, scalable design language.
The Challenge
The ecosystem suffered from inconsistent UI components across iOS and Android, leading to disjointed user experiences and high maintenance costs. The engineering teams were slowed down by repetitive coding.
The Solution
Atomic Architecture & Tokenization. We moved beyond simple style guides to implement a robust, code-aligned design system. Established a multi-layer token architecture to manage colors, typography, and spacing systematically.

Users were lost in an abundance of superficial options, diminishing their intent to form meaningful connections. Laila’s core business goal was not maximizing time-on-app, but maximizing the Quality Date Rate by emphasizing "Slow Dating" principles.

The typography system enforces a strict semantic scale. Ensuring visual hierarchy across all digital touchpoints.

By mapping primitive colors to semantic aliases via Figma Variables, the system allows for instant global updates and seamless theming (Dark/Light mode) without breaking component links.
